Academic and Professional Experience

Mr. Carson serves as the Enterprise Director of Program & Project Controls and is the Vice President at Arcadis. In this role, Chris leads the Program & Project Controls (PPC) Community of Practice, providing training in best practices.

His educational background includes attending the University of Virginia, where he studied Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Carson contributes both staff support and leadership in various areas, including:

As an industry expert, he teaches a course on Forensic Schedule Delay Analysis and has successfully negotiated numerous disputes.
